Milad Tower (aka Borj-e-Milad , Persian: برج میلاد ) is the tallest tower in Iran. Built in between the Shahrak-e Gharb and Gisha districts of Tehran, it stands 435 m (1,427 ft) high from base to tip of the antenna[5]. The head consists of a large pod with 12 floors, the roof of which is at 315 m (1,033 ft). Below this is a staircase and elevators to reach the area. Milad Tower is the sixth tallest tower in the world[6] after the Guangzhou TV & Sightseeing Tower in Guangzhou, CN Tower in Toronto, Ostankino Tower in Moscow, the Oriental Pearl Tower in Shanghai, and the Tokyo Sky Tree, still under construction. It is also currently (in early 2010) the 14th tallest freestanding structure in the world[7].
Milad Tower is part of The Tehran International Trade and Convention Center. The project includes the Milad telecommunication tower offering restaurants at the top with panoramic views of Tehran, a five-star hotel, a convention center, a world trade center, and an IT park. The complex seeks to respond to the needs of business in the globalized world of the 21st century by offering facilities combining trade, information, communication, convention and accommodation all in one place
Milad Kulesi (Farsça: برج میلاد veya برج یادمان; okunuşu: Borc-e Milad), İran'ın başkenti Tahran'ın Merkezi semtinde bulunan dünyanın en yüksek 4. gökdelenidir.
1997 yılında yapımına başlanan Milad Kulesi, 2007 yılında tamamlanmış ve 2008 yılında hizmete açılmıştır.
Yapının çatıya kadar olan yüksekliği 315 m'dir. En uç kısmına kadar olan yükseklik ise 435 m'dir. 345. metrede 12. kat ve teras yer almaktadır ve teras katında Tahran manzarasını rahatça izlemek mümkündür.
Milad Kulesi, Muhammetrıza Hafizi (Yadman Sazeh İnşaat Şirketi) tarafından İran ve İslami geleneklerine göre doğu tarzı bir yapı olarak tasarlanmıştır.

En dessous se trouvent des escaliers et des ascenseurs pour atteindre cette partie de la tour.
La tour Milad fait partie du centre des congrès et du commerce international de Téhéran ( Tehran International Trade and Convention Center). Prévu pour être terminé fin 2007, ce projet, en plus de la tour de télécommunications que sera la tour Milad, offre également des restaurants panoramiques, un hôtel cinq étoiles, un centre de conventions, un centre commercial et une pépinière d'entreprises IT. Le complexe a été conçu pour répondre aux besoins commerciaux au sein d'une économie globalisée en offrant des structures commerciales, d'information, de communications, de convention et de logement toutes situées au même endroit.
